Screenova Present helps users pair devices for private presentations, screen sharing, audio streaming, remote presentation control, annotations, and local recordings.

2. Information we process

Screenova Present may process the following information only to provide its features:

• Screen content and video: when you start screen sharing or use video features.
• Audio: microphone audio and device or system audio when you enable audio sharing.
• User-generated content: live annotations and remote text or input used in a paired presentation session.
• Device and session identifiers: device IDs, temporary pairing IDs, session IDs, and connection details required to pair devices and maintain a presentation session.
• Local recordings: if you choose to record, recordings and their metadata are saved locally on your device.

3. How we use information

We use this information only to:

• Pair devices and establish presentation sessions
• Stream screen, video, and audio in real time to paired session participants
• Enable remote presentation controls and annotations
• Maintain connection and session functionality
• Save and manage recordings locally when you choose to create them

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics, or the sale of personal data.

4. Sharing of information

Screen, video, audio, annotations, and session information may be transmitted in real time to devices participating in the same private paired presentation session. This is necessary for the app’s core functionality.

We do not sell personal information or share it with advertising partners.

5. Data storage and retention

Screen-sharing, audio, and annotation data are generally processed in real time for the active presentation session.

Local recordings are stored on your device until you delete them. You can delete recordings from the app’s recording history or from your device storage.

Screenova Present does not provide user accounts or retain account profiles.

6. Data deletion

Because Screenova Present does not provide user accounts, there is no app account to delete. You can delete locally stored recordings from the app’s recording history or device storage. You can also clear the app’s storage in your device settings or uninstall the app to remove its locally stored data.

7. Security

The app uses available device and network protections to support private paired sessions. Some pairing or local-network communication may occur over a local network connection and may not be encrypted in transit. Do not use the app to share sensitive information over untrusted networks.

8. Children

Screenova Present is not directed to children under 18 years of age.

9. Your choices and permissions

You can choose whether to enable screen sharing, microphone audio, device audio, annotations, and local recording. You can revoke app permissions in your device settings and delete local recordings from your device.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are made.
